How to reach London

How to reach London

Looking to travel London
London is one of the most important hubs for air transport in the world and is the epicenter of incredibly long reduced airfares. Thus, there are a multitude of possibilities for finding flights. The London airports, Heathrow, Gatwick and Standsted serve as hubs for many airlines of international repute. Apart from Britain's flagship carrier British Airways, a number of international airlines, such as KLM, Lufthansa, Cathay Pacific, SAS, Austrian Airlines, Nippon Airlines, etc. operate scheduled services to and from London.

Apart from the airline, Britain is well connected by road with continental Europe. Two services are available through the tunnel. One is the high-speed Eurostar passenger service, which operates to and from London, Paris, Lille, Calais and Brussels. While the other is the Eurotunnel shuttle service, especially for cars, motorcycles and buses between the English port of Folkestone and French port of Calais. It takes just 35 minutes to cross the channel and, more importantly, you do not have to worry about the sea. The advantage of traveling through the Eurotunnel that it is directly linked with the express highway network of the European continent.
